About this Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Business Development Associate. This is a multi-faceted role that combines business development, customer operations, and brand communications.

The successful candidate will be responsible for growing our client base, managing customer touchpoints, and helping build a recognizable and trusted brand. They will also play a key role in improving brand tone and messaging across all touchpoints, working with the founder to shape our visual and content strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation & Business Development
    • Identify, qualify, and convert inbound and outbound leads (resellers, shops, influencers).
    • Outreach through personalized pitches via email, WhatsApp, or other platforms.
    • Maintain and update a CRM system to track leads and follow-ups.
  • Client Operations & Order Management
    • Manage customer orders, resolve queries, and follow up on payments.
    • Ensure smooth communication from inquiry to order fulfillment.
    • Liaise with the warehouse for inventory status and order dispatch.
  • Brand & Customer Experience
    • Improve brand tone and messaging across all touchpoints (website, DMs, etc.).
    • Work with the founder to shape our visual and content strategy.
    • Create engaging content (photos/videos/text) that highlights our unique brand vibe.
