The role of a Jr. Social Media Executive involves heading the digital marketing strategies for our company.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Digital Marketing Strategy Development: Creating and implementing effective online social media presence to generate sales leads.
  2. Social Media Campaigns: Designing, developing and launching marketing campaigns and content across various platforms.
  3. Data Analysis: Evaluating data to measure the effectiveness of our social media platforms.
  4. Social Media Management: Managing all social media platforms including LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Quora, Pinterest and Twitter.
  5. Brand Visibility Optimization: Enhancing company pages within each platform to increase brand visibility and content engagement.
  6. Day-to-Day Operations: Overseeing daily operations and tasks.
  7. Content Creation: Producing high-quality content for publication on social media platforms.
  8. Campaign Execution: Running paid and unpaid campaigns on social media platforms.
  9. Social Media Calendar Management: Coordinating and managing a social media calendar.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in Social Media Tools: Experience with social media management tools.
  • Content Presentation Skills: Excellent presentation skills with ability to create engaging content.
  • Facebook Advertising Expertise: Proficiency with Facebook Ads Manager and Facebook Pixel.
  • Language Fluency: Fluency in English.
  • Software Knowledge: Knowledge of software like Photoshop and Canva.
  • Portfolio Requirement: Portfolio showcasing previous work.
  • Teamwork Ability: Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
