Position Overview:

PRIME Digital Ventures is seeking a Social Media Strategist to join our marketing team in Karachi. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in crafting effective social media strategies, running paid ad campaigns, and generating qualified leads across various platforms. This role requires a creative individual who can develop and execute performance and focused campaigns while ensuring consistent brand messaging and audience engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies aligned with company goals.

2. Create, manage, and optimize paid ad campaigns across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Google Ads.

3. Execute targeted lead generation strategies to drive quality traffic and conversions.

4. Analyze campaign performance and adjust tactics based on data and insights.

5. Collaborate with the content and design teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging.

6. Monitor trends, tools, and best practices in social media marketing.

7. Prepare monthly reports showcasing the growth insights.

8. Engage with the audience across platforms, ensuring timely responses and building community.

Requirements:

1.Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (mandatory).

2. Proven experience in social media strategy, paid advertising, and lead generation.

3. Strong understanding of ad platforms, targeting options, and funnel building.

4. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign data and make informed decisions.

5. Proficiency in tools such as Meta Ads, LinkedIn Campaign, and Google Analytics.

6. Excellent English communication skills.

7. Creative thinking with attention to detail and a problem-solving approach.

8. Ability to work independently and in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
