Job Title: IT Executive

We are seeking an experienced IT professional to support, maintain, and optimize our organization's IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of IT systems, security protocols, and enterprise management tools.

Key Responsibilities:

  • ">
  • Manage and maintain LAN/WAN, firewalls, routers, switches, and wireless networks.">
  • Monitor network performance and address connectivity or security issues promptly.">
  • Implement IT/network policies and ensure compliance with organizational standards.">
  • Deploy updates using WSUS and manage centralized software distribution with SCCM.">
  • Configure and administer Microsoft Intune for endpoint and mobile device management.">
  • Automate laptop/desktop setup, configuration, and deployment.">
  • Install and manage Windows Server roles such as Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, etc.">
  • Conduct system backups and implement disaster recovery plans.">
  • Assess departmental hardware/software needs and manage procurement.">
  • Evaluate vendor proposals and manage purchase and installation of IT assets (e.g., servers, switches, firewalls, laptops).">
  • Maintain IT inventory, documentation, and network/system diagrams.">
  • Generate technical and compliance reports for IT systems and procurements.">

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.">
  • 2 to 4 years of hands-on experience in IT/network/system administration, preferably in the banking sector.">
  • Proficient in Windows Server OS, WSUS, SCCM, and Microsoft Intune.">
  • Experience with configuring and managing network devices (Cisco, HP, etc.).">
  • Familiarity with IT procurement and vendor coordination.">
