Job Description

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for crafting and implementing an effective social media strategy that enhances our brand's online presence. Your primary focus will be on posting engaging content across various social media platforms, ensuring seamless synchronization with other marketing channels.

You will work closely with our creative team to develop compelling messages that accurately reflect our brand's voice and values. Your excellent communication skills will enable you to handle responses on social media channels effectively, providing top-notch customer service and escalating complex issues to the relevant department.

In addition to your social media responsibilities, you will assist in creating visual content for our campaigns, including videos and photographs. You will also analyze data from digital marketing platforms to identify areas for improvement, using analytical tools to inform content or strategy adjustments.

Our ideal candidate is a highly motivated and organized individual with a strong background in marketing or a related field. They possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications and Experience
  • A Master's degree in Marketing, Business Communication, or Mass Communication, or equivalent, with 2-3 years of relevant experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications.
