Brand Engagement Specialist

We are seeking a skilled professional to activate our brand presence among educational institutions.

The ideal candidate will develop and implement targeted strategies to establish our brand as a preferred partner for students and faculty.

This role involves building relationships with universities, colleges, and vocational schools to collaborate on events, product sales, and marketing campaigns.

The successful candidate will design and execute on-campus programs, student ambassador initiatives, and festive sponsorships that align with our brand values.

To achieve this goal, the candidate will analyze youth insights to inform our marketing approach and ensure alignment with Gen Z values of ethics, self-expression, and conscious consumption.

A minimum of 2-5 years of experience in brand activation, institutional sales, or youth outreach is required, preferably in the beauty, FMCG, or lifestyle sectors.

The ideal candidate possesses excellent communication, negotiation, and project execution skills, with the ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities.

A deep understanding of youth culture and alignment with ethical lifestyle values is essential for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:
