Technical Solutions Specialist

About the Role:This role involves managing, tracking, diagnosing, and resolving customer issues in technical support. You will also train and educate other employees within the Support team and across the organization as needed.
Key Responsibilities:- Exceed customer expectations in quality, timeliness, documentation, resolution, and overall experience.
- Resolve support issues related to products.
- Investigate errors/bugs using available data and tools; report issues to the Technical Lead/Engineering team.
- Assess impact and prevalence of issues to determine root causes.
- Provide constructive feedback to Tier 1 agents for training and technical support.
- 2-3 years of experience in Customer Support, technical support, or software development.
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent practical experience.
- Familiarity with software development processes and tools for SaaS products.
- Technical troubleshooting skills and a willingness to learn and excel.
