Job Summary

We are seeking an accomplished IT Manager to lead our organization's technology strategy and implementation. This role requires a strong background in networking, infrastructure management, and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute plans for network security, access control, and remote services across multiple locations.
  • Create proposals for service delivery, IT strategy, and remote support to ensure seamless operations.
  • Manage day-to-day communication networks and IT facilities, providing high-level application support.
  • Establish policies for resolving help desk requests and overseeing IT support.
  • Maintain hardware, servers, networks, and desktop infrastructure remotely.
  • Work in a dynamic IT environment across various outlets within budget constraints.
  • Implement policies and governance around infrastructure.
  • Design and implement network security and VPN solutions across the entire outlet network in collaboration with software vendors.
  • Procure POS machines, IT systems, and hardware for organizational needs and new outlet deployments.
  • Lead ERP implementation projects and work closely with software vendors.
Requirements
  • Exceptional leadership skills, vision, and ability to build and manage teams.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to interact with staff at all levels.
  • Hands-on experience in ERP software implementation and network infrastructure support.
  • Understanding of project management phases, deliverables, and timelines.
  • Ability to design and implement SOPs, structures, and make informed decisions.
