Job Summary

This role involves leading a team of developers to drive cutting-edge solutions for clients worldwide.

About the Role:

  1. Lead and mentor a team of developers, ensuring seamless project delivery and fostering a culture of excellence.
  2. Develop, maintain, and optimize applications using the MERN Stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js), pushing the boundaries of innovation.
  3. Oversee the integration of third-party APIs, guaranteeing seamless communication between platforms.
  4. Deploy and monitor applications on AWS, prioritizing security and reliability.
  5. Utilize Next.js, TypeScript, and Tailwind CSS to craft advanced, responsive solutions that exceed expectations.
  6. Collaborate with designers, project managers, and other stakeholders remotely, embracing the power of teamwork.
  7. Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize performance across various projects, delivering results-driven solutions.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of professional experience with the MERN Stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js).
  • Proficiency in AWS services for cloud deployment and management.
  • Expertise in Next.js, TypeScript, and Tailwind CSS.
  • Experience integrating third-party APIs effectively.
  • Strong understanding of software architecture and scalable design patterns.
  • Excellent leadership skills with the ability to mentor team members and manage timelines.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Prior experience working remotely and collaborating with distributed teams.
  • Excellent communication skills in English to coordinate with team members and clients.

Work Schedule

Monday to Friday, 9:30 AM to 7:30 PM (Pakistan Time). Lunch Break: 1 hour daily. Friday Break: 1.5-hour break.
