Tax Call Specialist Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Tax Call Specialist to join our team. As a Tax Call Specialist, you will be responsible for communicating with the IRS and state departments to resolve tax notices. You will use your excellent English communication skills to negotiate and resolve tax-related issues. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Making outbound calls to the IRS and state departments to resolve tax notices
  • Communicating effectively with tax authorities to resolve client tax issues
  • Documenting and updating client records with call outcomes
  • Meeting productivity and quality standards

Requirements:

  • Excellent spoken English skills
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Background in finance/accounting/taxation (having a finance degree is a plus)
