Key Responsibilities:

  • Daily coordination with clients and a team of 20+ web developers.
  • Coordinate project status meetings to resolve roadblocks and ensure projects are on schedule, meet quality requirements, and expenses are within budget.
  • Suggest efficient methods to utilize development teams and resources, increasing productivity, reducing development cycles, and enabling project completion ahead of schedule.
  • Help determine current and future requirements for team expansion and coordinate recruitment efforts.
  • Manage multiple simultaneous small-scale web development projects (typically 1 to 6 months long).

To Improve SDLC Processes:

  • Ensure products are delivered with high quality and shorter time to market.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
  • At least 01 year of experience as a project coordinator interacting with web development teams and clients.
  • Experience with software development life cycle product specification, design, implementation, QA, release.
  • Excellent communication skills with technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Desired Skills:
    • Hands-on experience with web development in ASP.NET or PHP.
    • Similar experience working with US clients.
  • Work Timings:
    • Pakistan time: 12:00 PM to 9:00 PM.
    • Flexible timings and willingness to work on weekends as project deadlines demand.
