Procurement Manager Position

We are looking for a highly skilled and organized Procurement Manager to oversee the procurement function. This is a critical role that requires strong negotiation skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

The key responsibilities of this position include:

  • Procuring high-quality ingredients and supplies from reliable vendors and suppliers.
  • Developing and implementing effective procurement strategies to minimize costs and maximize efficiency.
  • Managing the procurement lifecycle, including RFQs, purchase orders, and contract negotiations.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of procurement activities.
  • Monitoring supplier performance and addressing any issues that may arise.
  • Ensuring compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
  • Providing regular updates on procurement progress, costs, and savings.

A Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or a related field is required, along with at least 6 to 8 years of experience in procurement management. Proficiency in procurement software and ERP systems is also essential.
