As a skilled Engagement Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and expansion across Middle East and Africa. This position requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality results.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in IT Services, Managed Services (MS), and Application Development & Maintenance (ADM). They will be responsible for leading Pre-Sales efforts, managing contract renewals, and driving profitable deals. Additionally, they will oversee project delivery, ensure customer satisfaction, and promote operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:- Leverage expertise in MS IT, LCM, and ADM best practices to drive business growth and expansion
- Collaborate with Sales, SDU India, Domains, and MA Strategy entities to deliver competitive solutions
- Mobilize support across functions and teams to achieve business objectives
- Promote operational efficiency, process improvements, and automation to enhance quality and project margins
- 5+ years of experience in MSIT/ADM presales
- 10+ years of experience in the telecom network industry
- Strong record of sales and C-level engagement
- Proven delivery experience in the domain
