As a Hospitality Operations Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness and ensuring compliance with health and sanitation regulations in all kitchens, staff canteen, and food outlets.

Your primary duties include supervising kitchen staff, managing kitchen equipment, providing exceptional customer service, and addressing guest complaints efficiently.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Conduct regular inspections to ensure proper cleaning procedures and maintenance of all facilities.
  • Support kitchen staff as needed and provide guidance on relevant information.
  • Maintain updated sanitation log sheets and ensure daily cleaning procedures comply with health regulations.
  • Maintain all kitchen equipment properly and adhere to company policies and procedures.
  • Monitor and control the use of cleaning materials and consumables.
  • Control water consumption and prevent damage during cleaning operations.
  • Promote the proper care and maintenance of company property.
  • Adhere to uniform standards and perform additional duties as required.

Requirements:

  • Certificate in Culinary Arts or equivalent experience.
  • At least 5 years of experience in a hospitality operations role.
  • Fluency in the local language(s).
  • Previous supervisory experience or equivalent education and experience.
