
Regional Marketing Strategist

This role plays a pivotal part in driving regional expansion through comprehensive market research and strategic marketing execution.
Key Responsibilities- Delve into consumer market analysis to inform informed geo-expansion decisions, leveraging data-driven insights to optimize marketing strategies.
- Develop and execute annual marketing plans centered on user acquisition and retention, with a focus on developing localized campaigns that drive growth.
- Lead regional resource allocation, setting and tracking performance benchmarks such as MAU & CAC, and optimizing the marketing mix by location.
- Determine the most effective marketing blend by country or city, encompassing performance, media, and branding strategies.
- Oversight of product marketing strategy, including customer journey mapping (CJM) to ensure seamless user experiences.
- Conduct thorough funnel analysis, formulate hypotheses, and lead test implementation to inform data-driven decisions.
- Plan and execute 360-degree campaigns to balance supply and demand, driving business growth and revenue.
- Lead driver-focused marketing efforts and support brand development with strong local context, ensuring consistency across regions.
- Support regional partnerships and test novel marketing channels to stay ahead of the competition.
- 5–8 years of experience in marketing, preferably in tech, mobility, or e-commerce, with a proven track record of success.
- Established expertise in market analysis, geo-expansion strategies, and launching localized campaigns, with a deep understanding of acquisition & retention marketing.
- Experience managing multi-channel campaigns: performance, media, branding, and partnerships, with a strong ability to optimize budgets.
- Skilled in product marketing, customer journey mapping, and growth funnel optimization, with a keen eye for detail.
