As a customer service representative, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional support to our clients. Your primary responsibility will be to answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries.

- Answer incoming calls and route them to the appropriate departments or individuals.
- Respond to customer inquiries promptly and courteously, providing accurate information about our products or services.
- Manage and update our CRM system, ensuring all customer data is accurate and up-to-date.
- Assist with organizing and scheduling appointments, meetings, and conferences.
- Collaborate with various teams within the organization to resolve customer issues and address their needs.
- Generate reports and provide insights on customer interactions and trends to support business decision-making.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications or training in calling and customer service are a plus.
- Proven experience in a customer-facing role with excellent telephone etiquette and strong interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in English with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant office software.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in data entry and customer information management.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with a friendly and professional phone manner.
