Senior Digital Marketing Specialist Role

Drive our digital marketing strategy and team to deliver innovative results.

  • Develop effective campaigns for SEO, SEM, Google Ads, Meta Ads, email marketing, and remarketing to boost brand awareness and sales.
  • Manage multiple platforms such as Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping, Performance Max), Facebook Business Manager, LinkedIn Ads, YouTube Ads, and TikTok Ads to reach diverse audiences.
  • Utilize analytics tools like Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager, and Meta Events Manager to track and report on campaign performance.
  • Collaborate with CRM and marketing automation platforms including HubSpot, GoHighLevel, Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign, and Zapier to enhance workflow efficiency.
  • Apply expertise in A/B testing, audience segmentation, funnel optimization, and campaign analysis to drive business growth.
  • Lead a digital marketing team of 2+ years of experience and mentor junior team members to enhance skills and knowledge.
  • Demonstrate success in running eCommerce campaigns using Shopify, WooCommerce, and Magento, including product ads and cart abandonment strategies.
  • Stay updated on website platforms such as WordPress and Webflow, with working knowledge of HTML/CSS for basic customization and troubleshooting.
  • Use productivity and collaboration tools like Trello, Notion, Asana, Slack, and Google Workspace to streamline tasks and improve communication.
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, IT, or relevant field with 5-10 years of experience, including 2 years of solid experience leading the digital marketing team.
  • Google Ads and Meta Blueprint certifications are an asset.
