Chief Financial Administrator

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Key Accountant to oversee the day-to-day accounting operations of our organization.
The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of accounting principles and practices, as well as excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities include:
- Managing all tax returns, including income and sales tax, and coordinating import documents.
- Overseeing financial data analysis and preparing reports and statements.
- Establishing and maintaining effective financial policies and procedures.
- Ensuring compliance with local and international accounting standards and regulations.
- Leading and developing a team of accountants, providing guidance and support.
- Conducting regular financial audits to identify and resolve discrepancies.
- Collaborating with other departments to align financial goals and objectives.
- Monitoring cash flow and managing budgeting and forecasting activities.
- Evaluating and recommending improvements to financial systems and processes.
- Proven experience as a senior accountant or similar role in the industry.
- Strong knowledge of accounting software and MS Office Suite.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle a high-volume workload and meet tight deadlines.
