About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Business Operations Assistant to support our team in various aspects of our business. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing our day-to-day activities, ensuring seamless communication, and helping us drive growth.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Cold Email Outreach: Research potential clients, gather contact information, and craft professional outreach emails to establish new connections.
- Market & Idea Research: Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities, analyze competitors, and develop innovative ideas to enhance our services.
- Calendar & Inbox Support: Manage our Google Calendar, prioritize emails, draft responses, and maintain an organized inbox.
- Creative & Brainstorming Support: Organize notes, create documents, and help develop clear plans and strategies.
- Systems & Documents: Create email templates, pitch decks, and business summaries, as well as maintain a clean file system.
- Weekly Summary: Provide a weekly summary of your work, including responses received, blockers, suggestions for next steps, and any notable accomplishments.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Excellent communication skills
- Fluency in English
- Analyze online marketing strategies
- Experience with cold emailing
- Customer service skills
