About the Role

This is a full-time on-site position that involves overseeing all aspects of HR operations, ensuring a seamless and efficient work environment.

The Human Resources Executive will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive HR policies and procedures, managing employee benefits and compensation, and fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the recruitment process to ensure a smooth and efficient hiring experience.
  • Develop and manage onboarding and offboarding processes to facilitate a seamless transition for new hires and departing employees.
  • Collaborate with senior management to create tailored HR policies and procedures that meet the organization's needs.
  • Establish and enforce HR policies and procedures in compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Manage employee relations issues to promote a positive and productive work environment.
  • Administer compensation and benefits programs to ensure fairness and competitiveness.
  • Oversee day-to-day HR operations and administration tasks.
  • Update job descriptions in collaboration with the Head of HR/Reporting Manager.
  • Act as an administrator in HR systems for employee records and updating employee information.
Requirements:
  • Prior experience of 6 months to 1 year in HR or a related field.
  • Bachelor's degree in HR or a related field.
  • Working experience with HR Information Systems (HRIS).
  • Experience in performance management.
  • A positive attitude and strong commitment to excellence.
  • Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines effectively.
