Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled PowerShell expert to join our team. As a Microsoft Services Provider, we face challenges in internal scripting knowledge. Our goal is to develop and maintain efficient scripts within the Microsoft environment (Online as well as On-Prem) - especially in Microsoft Exchange.

The ideal candidate will have basic knowledge of managing and troubleshooting Microsoft environments. Key responsibilities include developing, testing, implementing, and optimizing PowerShell scripts to automate scheduled tasks, enhance system functionality, and improve operational efficiency.

Additionally, this role requires conducting personalized training sessions to teach PowerShell to team members, adapting content to varying levels of expertise. Close collaboration with IT and recruitment teams is essential to understand automation needs and develop solutions to streamline processes.

The successful candidate will also assist in documenting scripts and system configurations.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven expertise in PowerShell scripting with a portfolio of scripts or projects to demonstrate skills.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server and M365 capabilities including Azure.
  • Experience in teaching or mentoring individuals in technical subjects, preferably PowerShell.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively in a remote team environment.
  • Excellent communication skills to translate complex technical concepts into understandable terms for non-technical team members.
  • Fluent in English; additional language skills are a bonus.
  • Passion for continuous learning and sharing knowledge with others.
