As a seasoned automation expert, you will play a crucial role in optimizing business processes and driving growth through cutting-edge automation solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Map pain points: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process optimization, ensuring maximum efficiency and impact.
  • Ship automations fast: Develop, test, and deploy n8n workflows and custom scripts for various use cases, such as influencer sourcing and automated reporting dashboards.
  • Integrate tools: Seamlessly connect Shopify, Amazon SP-API, Google Sheets, Slack, Airtable, Klaviyo, and other platforms using APIs and webhooks.
  • Monitor & iterate: Establish logging, alerting, and SLA checks to refine flows based on usage data and stakeholder feedback.
  • Document & train: Create concise SOPs and Loom walkthroughs to empower non-technical teammates with self-service capabilities.
  • Track ROI: Quantify hours saved, cost reductions, and incremental revenue driven by each automation.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Experience building workflow automations, including n8n, Zapier/Make.com, and REST APIs.
  • Solid grasp of OAuth, webhook patterns, and strong English communication skills.
  • Self-starter mindset, bias for action, and comfortable working asynchronously with 2-4 hour overlap to Pacific Time.
