We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Business Development Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a key contributor to creating new business prospects, nurturing client relationships, and hitting sales objectives.

Responsibilities include:
  • Research and identify new business opportunities through cold outreach
  • Establish and maintain close connections with clients by understanding their needs and providing suitable software solutions
  • Deliver personalized and persuasive sales presentations to showcase our software products and services
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets to support the company's revenue and growth plans
  • Monitor market changes, competition activity, and industry trends to spot possibilities for growth
  • Assist in contract negotiations and closings to secure favorable terms for both clients and the business
  • Collaborate with product development and marketing teams to ensure consistency in messaging and product availability
  • Maintain thorough records of sales activity and provide regular reports to management

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Proven track record of success in sales and business development within the software sector
  • Strong presenting, negotiating, and communication skills
  • Self-motivated and able to work individually and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in sales tools and CRM software
  • Knowledge of software services and products is an advantage
  • Results-driven with a history of meeting or exceeding sales quotas
