Key Job Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in finance and relevant certifications.

  • Main Duties:
    • Optimize financial management and accounting processes by standardizing bookkeeping, voucher creation, report preparation, and financial activity analysis to ensure efficiency and accuracy throughout the organization.
    • Oversee the finance department's management of branches and coordinate work between departments effectively.
    • Evaluate and approve various applications, reports, and requests submitted by team members.
    • IDentify and nurture skilled staff within the team to reserve key financial personnel.
    • Enhance fund management through regular calculations of all fund quotas and prepare forecast and analysis reports to improve comprehensive balance.
    • Stay up-to-date with current and updated financial, tax, and regulatory policies to drive the development of financial work in a standardized direction.
    • Organize routine and irregular financial inspections, continuously update content based on work requirements, establish inspection standards, expose issues, resolve them, and standardize financial operations over time.
    • Monitor the overall financial status, operating results, and changes in funds and timely report this information to senior management.
    • Regularly report major events or abnormal accounting information to senior management.
    • Promote internal audit activities in collaboration with headquarters.
    • Manage the organization's cost control, accounting supervision, budget management, audit supervision, inventory management, and tax affairs.
    • Perform other tasks assigned by management and headquarters.
    Required Skills and Qualifications
    • Bachelor's Degree in a finance-related field.
    • CPA, ACCA, or CFA is highly advantageous.
    • Minimum 8 years of financial experience including over 3 years of management experience (Relevant experience in insurance and tracking industry is preferred).
    • Strong organizational and coordination skills, excellent communication skills, strong sense of responsibility and principle, initiative, and ability to handle procedural matters effectively.
    • Proficient in both written and spoken English.
    • In-depth professional financial knowledge, familiarity with tax laws, regulations, and operational procedures, ability to manage tax work independently, and control tax risks.
    • Excellent skills in Word, Excel, and other basic office software.
