Job Title: Software Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Software Project Manager to lead multiple software development projects from initiation to delivery.

  • The ideal candidate will work closely with development teams, QA, UI/UX, stakeholders, and clients to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards.

This role requires a strong understanding of Agile methodologies and software development life cycles, as well as experience using project management tools such as Jira, Trello, Asana, or Microsoft Project.

Requirements and Qualifications:
  1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, or a related field.
  2. At least 3 years of experience in project management for software development teams.
  3. Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  4. Exceptional organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  5. Strong stakeholder management and conflict resolution abilities.
  6. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and execute multiple software development projects from initiation to delivery.
  • Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders and senior management.
  • Coordinate internal teams and external partners to ensure resource availability and allocation.
  • Document project progress, including timelines, status reports, risk logs, and change requests.
  • Monitor project performance and adjust plans as necessary to meet changing requirements.
