Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Executive to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with healthcare providers and clinics, and developing strategies to achieve revenue targets.
Key responsibilities include:
Pursuing new business opportunities in the medical billing and revenue cycle management sector
Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with healthcare professionals and organizations
Developing and implementing sales strategies to drive revenue growth
Presenting and promoting medical billing services to prospective clients
Collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding
Requirements:
Experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition (preferably in medical billing or healthcare BPO)
Basic understanding of medical billing, revenue cycle management, and healthcare industry regulations (Preferred)
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets
Experience with CRM tools and lead management
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
Benefits of this role include:
Competitive salary range: 35k to 40k
Uncapped monthly commission
