This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Document Controller. In this role, you will be responsible for managing, organizing, and maintaining all project-related documentation. You will ensure that all records are accurate, up-to-date, and easily accessible to relevant stakeholders.
">Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective document control procedures to ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with project teams to track document versions and revisions for accuracy and consistency.
- Prepare and format documents, ensuring they are error-free and professionally presented.
- Provide regular updates and reports on the status of documents to project managers and vendors.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive documents and ensure secure access as per company policy.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Business Administration, Document Management, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in document control, preferably in the real estate or construction industry.
- Strong ability to manage and prioritize large volumes of documents systematically.
- High level of accuracy in reviewing, filing, and maintaining records.
- Familiarity with document management systems and processes in the real estate industry.
