About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  1. We are looking for an individual to maintain a high level of office discipline and implement new policies and procedures as needed.
  2. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising a team of support staff, recruiting new staff members, and ensuring the office is clean and well-maintained.
  3. Transport management will be handled in an efficient and cost-effective manner.
  4. Security arrangements for the office premises will be made.
  5. The individual will be responsible for managing inventory and all organizational assets.
  6. Safety protocols and firefighting arrangements will be implemented.
  7. Air bookings, hotel reservations, and insurance policies will be arranged.
  8. Office furniture, stationery, equipment, and other fittings will be arranged.
  9. Meetings and functions will be organized.

Requirements

  • The ideal candidate will have strong implementation skills and the ability to lead a team effectively.
  • Good computer skills and communication skills are essential.
  • Candidates must be presentable and proactive.
