Senior Financial Assistant


Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned financial assistant with strong analytical skills and experience working with international clients. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for managing financial transactions, reconciliations, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage financial transactions, reconciliations, and reporting.
  2. Utilize Zoho, Xero, QuickBooks, and Excel for financial analysis and record-keeping.
  3. Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
  4. Help the Finance Manager with day-to-day operations.
  5. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
  6. Collaborate with international clients to streamline financial processes.
  7. Prepare financial statements and reports for internal and external stakeholders.

Required Skills & Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you must have:

  1. Minimum 1 year of experience in accounts and finance.
  2. Proficiency in Zoho, Xero, QuickBooks, and Excel.
  3. Experience working with international clients.
  4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  5. Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
  6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
