Job Title: Senior Executive IT

">About This Role">

A senior IT executive is required to lead the planning and implementation of business support systems (BSS) at Zong CMPak Ltd.

">Key Responsibilities:">
  • ">
  • Lead the planning and implementation of BSS systems, including change request analysis, prioritization, impact assessment, and implementation planning.">
  • Manage and coordinate the entire change lifecycle across BSS systems, driving integration efforts between BSS components and third-party platforms.">
  • Collaborate with commercial, technical, vendor, and stakeholders to align solution architecture with business and operational goals.">
  • Assess and manage risks related to BSS changes and integrations, ensuring business continuity and minimal disruption.">
  • Facilitate change management and change requests with stakeholders, business users, technical domains, and ensure new developments are delivered and adopted smoothly.">
  • Execute project phases, including development, SIT, UAT, deployment, and Go-Live stages, providing clear and transparent updates.">
  • Support in-house development capacity building for reporting or internal tool enhancements, ensuring alignment with architectural best practices.">

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • ">
  • Bachelor of Science in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or Information Technology.">
  • Minimum 4-6 years of relevant experience in IT planning & products Implementation stream of BSS stack.">
  • Strong expertise in BSS architecture and operations, particularly in CRM, OCS, Settlement, Mediation, Channel Management, Order Management, Commission, and Inventory Management.">
  • Proven experience in change delivery and management, including evaluating, planning, and implementing change requests across complex BSS environments.">
  • In-depth understanding of solution and software architecture principles, including data, application, and integration layers relevant to telecom BSS.">
