BSS Planning and Implementation Lead

The ideal candidate will have experience in IT planning and product implementation, specifically within the Business Support System (BSS) stack. This includes knowledge of OCS, CRM, Settlement, Mediation, Commission, Channel, Inventory systems.
Key responsibilities include reviewing current technology stacks, planning timely integration of new technical layers, providing transparent project status updates, and ensuring end-to-end solution delivery. Additionally, the incumbent will be responsible for assessing business value of new features and technologies, coordinating commercial, technical, and vendor teams, and performing assigned duties in a diligent manner.
This role requires strong project management skills, effective people management, and vendor management skills. The successful candidate must also have excellent interpersonal skills and be able to define technical evaluation criteria for products and technologies.
A minimum of 2-6 years of relevant experience in IT planning and product implementation is required, as well as a strong understanding of BSS stack architecture and design principles.
