About the RoleThis position involves managing customer orders, forecasting demand, and ensuring timely and accurate communication across departments.
The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with sales, logistics, and other internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and support business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and procure forecasted demand, maintaining inventory levels to meet customer needs.
- Manage customer forecasts and orders, ensuring accuracy in product pricing, coordinating delivery schedule changes, and maintaining records of quotes and sales orders.
- Collaborate with the Sales team to strengthen existing relationships and pursue new business opportunities.
- Act as a liaison between customers and internal teams to resolve order fulfillment and shipment issues.
- Monitor and track days inventory outstanding, ensuring efficient inventory management aligned with customer expectations.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and standard operating procedures, maintaining operational efficiency.
- Compile and distribute reports to internal teams and suppliers, keeping stakeholders informed of order statuses, inventory levels, and issues.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably in electronics, semiconductor, or supply chain industries, is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Candidates without experience are encouraged to apply.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and relevant reporting tools is advantageous.
- Ability to multitask with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of forecasting, order management, and inventory processes is a plus.
- Customer-focused with a solutions-oriented approach to resolving issues promptly.
