Job Title: Meta Ad Buyer

Working Hours: Monday to Saturday

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and optimize Meta ad accounts on a daily basis
  • Develop ad strategies, test creatives, and refine audience targeting
  • Monitor key metrics (ROAS, CTR, CPA) and proactively improve campaign performance
  • Prepare regular performance reports with actionable insights
  • Collaborate with the creative and product teams to align on marketing goals
  • Take end-to-end responsibility for campaign outcomes

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1–2 years experience running successful Meta ads, especially for eCommerce
  • Strong grasp of Meta Ads Manager, pixel implementation, and attribution
  • Data-driven with solid analytical and reporting skills
  • Proactive, responsible, and results-oriented mindset
  • Must be punctual and committed to working full time

Bonus Points:

  • Experience with other platforms like Google Ads or TikTok Ads
  • Understanding of conversion funnels and creative testing frameworks
