Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned Performance Marketing Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating, managing and optimizing paid and organic campaigns across all digital channels.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Create, manage and optimize paid marketing activities for all channels, ensuring strong return on ad spend (ROAS) and efficient cost per acquisition (CPA).
  • Optimize sales funnels to focus on new customer acquisition and retention.
  • Drive digital channels such as Shopify apps and marketing automations to optimize performance and ensure seamless customer experience.
  • Liaise with the marketing team to ensure delivery and execution of campaigns.
  • Develop daily, weekly and monthly reporting structures for marketing campaigns.
  • Utilize analytical tools to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.
  • Suggest new digital channels to increase new user numbers in an efficient way.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Minimum 4-5 years experience in software development or project management.
  • Proven working experience in performance marketing with proven expertise and results.
  • Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience using analytical tools, ad platforms such as Facebook Ads Manager and Google Ads Manager.
  • Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Certification in Facebook Ads or Google Ads is a plus.
