Job Title: Global Business Liaison

The ideal candidate will serve as a liaison between the organization and our international clients, ensuring seamless communication through email and other correspondence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Communicate with international clients via email to address inquiries, provide information, and resolve issues.
  • Develop detailed proforma invoices and necessary documentation for clients using MS Excel and other MS Office tools.
  • Conduct thorough market research to identify potential business opportunities and stay updated on industry trends.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and smooth operations.
Requirements:
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Bachelor's degree in Either English, Business Administration, International Business, Communications, Marketing, Economics, Logistics and Supply Chain Management, Foreign Languages and Literature, or other related fields.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and other MS Office applications.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in an exporting company.
  • Strong market research skills to identify business opportunities and industry trends.
  • High level of integrity, hardworking, and responsible.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
