Operations Manager

Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned professional to assume the role of Operations Manager and drive operational excellence within our organization. This key position is responsible for overseeing and optimizing our company's operational processes, ensuring seamless workflow and exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic inventory management plans to minimize discrepancies and ensure accurate stock counts.
  • Optimize workflows across departments to enhance efficiency and productivity.
  • Negotiate carrier rates and maintain relationships with logistics partners.
  • Establish and implement new operations systems and processes.
  • Analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement and cost reduction.
  • Lead and mentor a team of operations staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in operations management, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Proven track record in inventory management and optimization.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with ERP systems and inventory management software.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
  • Leadership experience with a focus on team development.
