Job Opportunity: Full Stack Engineer

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for implementing high-quality code that meets functional and non-functional requirements. This includes ensuring it passes through different stage gates to guarantee quality matrix and code coverage in Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement new systems and features while modifying and maintaining existing systems with adaptability to technology changes.
  • Drive software change and release management processes to enhance the overall maturity of the software development lifecycle.
  • Ensure software deliverables comply with quality standards and are completed on time.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, or another technical field.
  • 3-5 years of hands-on experience in Backend Development using popular frameworks, preferably JavaScript frameworks like NodeJS, ExpressJS, or NestJS.
  • Familiarity with REST Web Services/APIs, strong database knowledge, including SQL and query optimization.
  • Experience with Object-Relational Mapping (ORM) Frameworks, TypeScript/JavaScript, source control (GIT), CI/CD, unit testing (Mocha or Jest framework), and writing scalable and optimized code.
Nice-to-Have Skills:
  • Experience with other JavaScript frameworks like ReactJS or Angular.
  • Interest in front-end UX development, demonstrable understanding of good architectural design principles, and interest in tooling and automation.
  • Exposure to Scrum/Agile environments.
Soft Skills:
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Team player with international team experience, cultural awareness, and virtual/remote working capabilities.
  • A self-starter who requires minimal supervision, with quality awareness, self-motivation, and problem-solving skills.
