About the Role

The Information Security Strategist will play a critical role in shaping our organization's information security strategy, aligning it with industry best practices and emerging trends.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic plans for information security, focusing on risk mitigation, incident response, and threat intelligence.
  • Lead the design and implementation of information security frameworks, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Mentor and guide teams in conducting security assessments, vulnerability analysis, and penetration testing.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and maintain Cyber Threat Intelligence Platforms, leveraging real-time data to inform security decision-making.
  • Design and deliver comprehensive information security training and awareness programs to promote a culture of security across the organization.
  • Engage with internal and external partners to foster collaborative relationships, ensuring effective policy development and implementation.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in senior positions in information security operations and management roles.
  • Strong understanding of regulatory requirements, technological advancements, and international best practices.
  • Relevant certifications in IS Audits, such as CISA and CISM, are desirable.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills are required.
  • Good leadership qualities and the ability to handle a team of information security professionals.
  • Ability to analyze complex issues, think critically, and make informed decisions.
