NADRA Technologies Ltd is a leading provider of technology solutions, and we are seeking an experienced cybersecurity professional to lead our Security Operations Center (SOC).

Job Summary

We are looking for a seasoned Cybersecurity Director to oversee the implementation, management, and continuous improvement of critical security functions. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing the strategic vision and roadmap for the SOC, aligned with organizational goals and industry best practices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the development and execution of incident response plans, coordinating with relevant stakeholders to mitigate security incidents promptly.
  • Supervise SOC analysts, providing guidance, training, and mentorship to enhance team's skills and capabilities.
  • Lead the implementation and optimization of Security Orchestration, Automation, and Response (SOAR) platforms to streamline security operations processes.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to integrate security requirements into service operations and infrastructure projects.
  • Oversee the collection, analysis, and dissemination of cyber threat intelligence to support proactive threat hunting and incident response activities.
  • Define standard operating procedures for forensic analysis, evidence preservation, and chain of custody management.
  • Develop and maintain playbooks and automation workflows to improve incident response times and reduce manual effort.
  • Lead the overhaul and modernization of the Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) system to improve visibility, correlation, and alerting capabilities.
  • Provide leadership and direction to SOC team, ensuring efficient and effective operation of security monitoring and incident response activities.
  • Stay abreast of the latest cyber threats and vulnerabilities, integrating threat intelligence into SOC operations for proactive defense.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security or Cyber Security.
  • Master's degree in Cyber Security or Information Security is preferred.
  • Degree must be recognized and attested by HEC.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in a reputable organization.
  • Strong background in cybersecurity, including SOAR, CTI, digital forensic lab management, and SIEM system.
  • CISM certification is preferred.
