Sales & Business Development Opportunity

We are seeking experienced professionals for Field Sales Officer positions. This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking for career advancement in the real estate landscape.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Manage real estate agencies portfolio in assigned area/region.
  2. Conduct daily field visits, giving demonstrations about products and services to secure impactful deals.
  3. Responsible for achieving revenue growth ambitions as per regional business plan.
  4. Develop and implement strategies to add new clients and work as a consultant to expand existing relationships.
  5. Revive lost clients to minimize churn and identify new business opportunities.
  6. Efficient task management and KPIs tracking within CRM tool for assigned portfolio.
  7. Handle client queries/issues, taking ownership and follow up for immediate resolution.
  8. Foster long-term strategic partnerships with clients through superior customer service.

Requirements:

  • At least 2-3 years' experience in B2B Sales, Business Development and Account Management.
  • Bachelors or Masters (preferably) in Business/Marketing.
  • This is a field-based role requiring travel to client meetings within the assigned area.
  • Regular working hours with need-based evening or weekend work as required.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite.
  • Proven experience in business development and efficient account management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Negotiation, active listening, problem-solving, critical thinking and persuasive skills.
