Job Overview

The HR Executive will be responsible for supporting the design and execution of employee engagement, internal communication, learning and development, and employer branding initiatives across various departments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the implementation of annual training plans by coordinating with external vendors and internal facilitators.
  • Support the analysis and presentation of relevant HR data through dashboards and reports to inform decision-making.
  • Collaborate on special projects and contribute to digitization initiatives that drive process improvement and innovation.
  • Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives, including Town Halls, HR Connects, and recognition programs.
  • Coordinate logistics for engagement surveys and employee feedback mechanisms, ensuring timely follow-up and action planning.
  • Design and distribute internal communication materials such as newsletters, email campaigns, and digital updates.
  • Provide operational and project support to HR Business Partners across various people-related processes.
  • Assist in the full recruitment cycle, including job announcements, screening, interviewing, and onboarding process for new hires.
Mandatory Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in HR, preferably in engagement, L&D, or internal communications.
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); familiarity with design tools is a plus.
  • Strong data analysis skills; familiarity with Excel, Power BI, or similar tools for HR reporting.
  • Creative mindset with attention to detail and a collaborative approach.
