Relationship Building

Establish and maintain strong relationships with academic and industry partners to foster a pipeline of qualified candidates.

Requirements

To excel in this role, you should possess:

  • A graduate degree in a relevant field, preferably MBA/MPA/BBA with HRM specialization.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong IT skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
