Business Analyst Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst to join our team. As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for driving growth and improvement in our organization by analyzing data, identifying trends, and developing insights.

This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and develop solutions to drive growth and improvement.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis and interpretation, as well as experience working with large datasets. You will also have excellent communication and presentation skills, and be able to effectively communicate your findings to stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze data to identify trends and insights that inform business decisions
  • Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and develop solutions
  • Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Graduate degree in Statistics, Applied Mathematics, Computer Science or related field
  • 1+ years of experience in data analysis and interpretation
  • Strong background in statistical modeling and machine learning
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Able to work effectively in a team environment

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working with big data tools and technologies
  • Knowledge of SQL and programming languages such as Python and R
  • Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau and Power BI
  • Strong understanding of consumer packaged goods industry
