Job Title:
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Remote Recruitment Specialist to join our team in managing B2C warm leads. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in human resources, excellent communication skills, and the ability to effectively manage end-to-end recruitment processes.

Key Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
  • Managing the entire recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates.

  • Maintaining accurate records of candidate interactions and progress.
  • Collaborating with team members to optimize recruitment strategies.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
To excel in this role, you will need:
  • A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in recruitment, preferably in a remote setting.
  • Familiarity with English language is required, along with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • A reliable internet connection (minimum 10 Mbps) and a professional setup, including a laptop and noise-canceling headset, are necessary.
  • The ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently is crucial.
