Recruitment Specialist at Recruitment World

We are looking for an IT assistant with expertise in a BPO or call center working environment. The ideal candidate will provide technical support for computer/laptop systems and networks, assisting with software installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting. This is a night shift, full-time, office-based position.

About Us:

We are a leading provider in BPO, call center operations, e-commerce, and IT services.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Network Support: Ensure stable and reliable internet connectivity, including proper configuration and support for VPN access.
  2. VPN Support: Configure, manage, and troubleshoot Virtual Private Network (VPN) connections for reliable remote access.
  3. Technical Support: Provide first-line technical support to users for hardware, software, and network issues.
  4. System Maintenance: Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and hardware.
  5. Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve technical problems with computer systems and applications.
  6. Inventory Management: Track and manage IT equipment inventory.
Requirements:
  1. Proficient in VPN usage: demonstrated expertise in configuring, managing, and troubleshooting VPN connections.
  2. Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field.
  3. Excellent problem-solving skills.
  4. Strong verbal and communication skills.
  5. Prior experience working in a BPO or call center environment is preferred.
