Job Description:

  • We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team and drive growth by managing and providing services to our expanding customer base of used car dealerships.
  • This is an exciting opportunity for a talented individual who will be part of our mission to revolutionize the automobile buying, selling, and maintenance experience in Pakistan.
  • Our company is changing the automotive industry in Pakistan; we are transforming how millions of Pakistanis buy and sell cars and bikes, make their decisions, and conduct their research.

Responsibilities:

  • Regularly visit assigned markets to ensure that the entire stock (cars & bikes) of all assigned dealers is accurately reflected on our platform.
  • Provide training to dealership owners and sales agents on effective usage of our application and products.
  • Offer advice to dealerships on improving the quality of their listings and increasing sales through our platform.
  • Utilize proven sales techniques to effectively present and sell our products to current and prospective clients (i.e. Car Dealers).
  • Build strong relationships with clients, understand their needs, and continually achieve sales growth by assisting clients in growing their sales through our platform.
  • Work closely with the head office to ensure the achievement of predefined targets.
  • Represent our brand at auto-related events to promote our company's brands through various channels.
  • Provide in-depth feedback to assigned dealerships on how to enhance their sales by utilizing our tools and services effectively.
  • Introduce new products and offerings from time to time and ensure good uptake of these new products in assigned accounts.
  • Continually achieve revenue growth by assisting existing clients in growing their sales through our platform.
  • Ensure timely renewal of contracts with existing clients.
  • Develop strong relationships with assigned dealerships by maintaining close follow-up and regular visits.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Bachelor's degree.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Superior sales and negotiation skills.
  • Persistent, hardworking, and passionate.
  • Proficient in using Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Internet, Email, etc.
  • Well-versed in internet and technology, with an understanding of how new technologies can help businesses grow.
