Job Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our program development and implementation initiatives. As the Director of Programs, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our strategic objectives and driving meaningful impact in education and awareness in Pakistan.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Strategic Planning: Develop and manage proposals for new programs and activities, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and requirements.
  2. Stakeholder Engagement: Establish and maintain effective communication channels with stakeholders, including donors, government officials, community members, media representatives, and parliamentarians.
  3. Program Delivery: Plan and coordinate program delivery, ensuring alignment with organizational policies and procedures.
  4. Goal Setting: Design and implement long-term goals and objectives to achieve successful program outcomes.
  5. Evaluation and Improvement: Conduct regular evaluations of program activities, identifying areas for improvement and recommending changes as necessary.
Requirements:
  • A Master's degree or higher in Educational Leadership and Policy Development or a related field.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office, project management software, and internet tools.
  • Strong communication, creativity, teamwork, leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
