Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Program Coordinator to lead the implementation of educational projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and oversee research studies, ensuring rigorous methodology and data management practices.
  • Manage multiple phases of research including piloting, data collection, analysis, and reporting.
  • Design and refine research proposals, concept papers, and budgets for external funding opportunities.
  • Support data analysis and interpretation to inform program strategies and decision-making.
  • Conduct comprehensive training sessions for research teams, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Analyze training outcomes to guide improvements for educational stakeholders and enhance overall program effectiveness.
  • Ensure accurate updates for student and teacher data in SIS/TIS systems.
  • Implement quality education delivery, textbook provision, and QAT mechanisms in schools.
  • Foster social mobilization, conflict resolution, and event organization initiatives.
  • Maintain effective liaison with district officials, monitors, and educational stakeholders.
  • Provide regular reporting on project progress and key activities.
Safeguarding Protocols:
  • Educate Resource Persons, Village Forum Members, ACAs, and volunteers on Safeguarding policies and reporting mechanisms.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Master's/Bachelor's degree in Public Policy, Education, Economics, or Social Sciences.
  • 3-5 years of experience in implementing educational projects.
Essential Skills:
  • Strong project management, communication, and report writing skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively, managing tight deadlines in challenging environments.
  • Experience with national education policies and working with government/district stakeholders.
  • Strong IT skills and proficiency in education management systems.
