Business Growth Strategist

We are seeking a results-driven Business Growth Strategist to spearhead the expansion of our clientele in key markets.

This is an exceptional opportunity for a seasoned sales professional to drive sustainable financial growth through strategic partnerships and innovative sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prospect and acquire new clients in high-growth markets, resulting in increased business revenue.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, identifying opportunities for growth and upselling.
  • Manage and grow the sales pipeline, ensuring a robust pipeline of opportunities at all times.
  • Cold call and engage with potential clients to establish a strong presence in the market.
  • Identify and research potential clients, as well as their decision-makers, to inform tailored sales approaches.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop proposals that meet client needs and objectives.
  • Pricing and negotiation: participate in pricing discussions and negotiations with clients to secure deals.
  • Present new products and services to enhance existing relationships and identify new business opportunities.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a business development manager/sales executive or similar role.
  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in business development within the software industry.
  • Demonstrable experience in dealing with high-level negotiations and excellent time management skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong network of contacts in key markets.
