Job Title: Program Development Coordinator

Job Description:
This role requires a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, working under pressure to meet deadlines while maintaining a high level of professionalism. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional organizational and communication skills, creative problem-solving abilities, and a strong understanding of digital marketing principles.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Track program KPIs and contribute to performance reviews based on data and field inputs.
  • Participate in provider engagement activities, trainings, and field visits to ensure program integration.
  • Liaise with field teams and implementing partners to ensure timely execution of planned activities.
  • Assist the Program Manager in the day-to-day coordination of project deliverables.
  • Support documentation, reporting, and donor communication in coordination with internal departments.

Brand Strategy & Communication
  • Lead the development and execution of brand strategies for Well-established Health Initiatives.
  • Conduct market research to refine product positioning and identify new engagement opportunities.
  • Shape product narratives to resonate with target audiences, focusing on maternal health and nutrition.
  • Plan, create, and execute digital campaigns across social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and WhatsApp.
  • Ensure brand consistency across communication materials, packaging, and digital content.
  • Create content that is informative, culturally appropriate, and visually compelling.
  • Identify and collaborate with digital influencers and health advocates to amplify product awareness and reach.
  • Work closely with HCPs and field staff to ensure communication is aligned with real-world insights.
  • Respond to audience inquiries and track engagement metrics to refine outreach.
